If you need to save PDFs (or other documents) to your “PDF Expert” app, please see instructions below.


 How to Download PDF documents to PDF Expert app

  1. Open the Mail app on your iPad and tap the email that contains the attachments.
  2. Hold your finger down (2-3 seconds) on the attached PDF document(s) and release your finger > on the menu that pops up, tap Save to Files.
  3. Tap iCloud Drive > PDF Expert > then tap Add (this should add the document directly to PDF Expert).


  4. Repeat the steps above to save any additional documents to PDF Expert

    IMPORTANT:
    If you do not see PDF Expert as an option here, Exit the Mail app > Open PDF Expert > verify you see “iCloud” listed on the left-hand side…if you do not see this option, contact us at sie-support@sielift.com.
