In the event Service Logistics support team requests you send them your S/L "database", simply follow these steps:
- Tap the orange antenna in the upper right hand corner of Service Logistics
- In the left column select Diagnostic Center
- On the right side tap Send Data
- You’ll receive a pop-up alert when the transfer begins and ends
- Until you receive the pop up indicating that the transfer has completed don’t use the power button to turn off your screen
