*When attempting to connect to Wi-Fi on a laptop, see below*
- Go to the Settings > Wi-Fi
- Once the list of the available Wi-Fi networks appears, tap once on the blue information symbol (letter “i”) next to the network you do like to remove – in this case SIE-Guest Wi-Fi.
- You will be taken to the settings for the network. From there, you will see a button that says "Forget this Network". Select it and you will no longer have to worry about accidentally connecting to that network.
- Tap the left arrow to go back to the previous screen > click on SIE-Employees and enter the new password.
Windows 7

Click
Start > Control Panel, Select Network and Internet, and then click Network
and Sharing Center.
- In the task list, please choose Manage wireless networks.
- In the Network table, please select the existing profiles (SIE-Employees) from the list and click Remove.
- You may see a warning dialog box, just click OK.
Windows 10

- To delete a wireless network profile in Windows 10
- Click the Network icon on the lower right corner of your screen.
- Click Network settings.
- Click Manage Wi-Fi settings.
- Under Manage known networks, click the network (SIE-Employees) you want to delete.
- Click
Forget. The wireless network profile is deleted.
Once you have removed the saved wireless network, simply click your network icon and connect to SIE-Employees using the new password.
